Account Executive
About the role
Quovy builds AI for specialty insurance underwriting — customized workflows rather than broad platforms, teaching AI to understand insurance and make decisions with the intuition of someone who has been underwriting for twenty years.
We're looking for a self-directed seller who is comfortable with ambiguity, knows the insurance industry, brings a customer-success approach to complex deals, manages multi-stakeholder cycles, and keeps strong CRM discipline.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete sales cycles in partnership with marketing.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships across multiple workflows.
- Communicate the benefits of AI-enabled underwriting aligned with client objectives.
- Maintain an active pipeline with high relationship-management standards.
- Conduct business with professionalism and integrity.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AI agents (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
- 3–7 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Demonstrated success closing six- to seven-figure ARR contracts.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance workflows.
- SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients.
- An entrepreneurial approach with hands-on execution.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfort in technical discussions and product demos.
Nice to have
- Established relationships with insurance executives.
- AI/ML sales experience.
- Underwriting and claims workflow knowledge.
