About the role

Quovy builds AI for specialty insurance underwriting — customized workflows rather than broad platforms, teaching AI to understand insurance and make decisions with the intuition of someone who has been underwriting for twenty years.

We're looking for a self-directed seller who is comfortable with ambiguity, knows the insurance industry, brings a customer-success approach to complex deals, manages multi-stakeholder cycles, and keeps strong CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete sales cycles in partnership with marketing.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships across multiple workflows.
  • Communicate the benefits of AI-enabled underwriting aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain an active pipeline with high relationship-management standards.
  • Conduct business with professionalism and integrity.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with AI agents (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
  • 3–7 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success closing six- to seven-figure ARR contracts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance workflows.
  • SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients.
  • An entrepreneurial approach with hands-on execution.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort in technical discussions and product demos.

Nice to have

  • Established relationships with insurance executives.
  • AI/ML sales experience.
  • Underwriting and claims workflow knowledge.
