Solution · Document Operations

Every document.
Governed, cited,
audit-ready.

Insurance operations run on documents. When those documents are stored inconsistently, retrieved manually, and tracked nowhere, compliance becomes a constant risk. Quovy replaces that fragility with a governed document layer that works at the speed of operations.

The challenge

Documents are everywhere. Governance is nowhere.

No single source of truth.

ACORD forms, loss runs, declarations, endorsements, correspondence — each arriving through a different channel, each team storing it differently. There is no complete document history for any given risk in one place.

Audits are manual searches.

When regulators ask for an audit trail, the answer is a search across inboxes, shared drives, and policy systems. When an underwriter needs a prior loss run, someone has to find it. When a field value is questioned, there is no way to trace it without reading the original.

This is the ordinary cost.

These are not edge cases. They are the everyday cost of document operations without a governed layer underneath them.

Quovy gives every document a governed home — ingested, parsed, stored with full lineage, and controlled by the access rules your team defines.
How Quovy solves it

Ingest once. Retrieve instantly. Audit always.

Intelligent Document Intake.

Every document — regardless of format or source channel — is ingested, OCR-parsed, and stored with page-level citation anchors. In-app document viewing with citation overlay means every extracted value is traceable to the exact passage it came from. No manual filing. No format exceptions.

Secure Document Vault.

Documents are stored under AWS KMS encryption with RBAC-controlled access, workspace isolation, and a full audit log of every retrieval, update, and deletion. Credential rotation, API token scoping, and export controls are built in — not bolted on.

Governed Data Output.

Every field extracted from a document is governed by a versioned data contract with full field provenance and source citation anchoring. GDPR right-to-erasure is supported at the field level. Retention policies, access controls, and redaction rules are enforced consistently across the entire document estate.

From the field
Our last audit took three weeks of document hunting. With Quovy, it would have taken an afternoon. Every document has a trail now — we know where it came from, who touched it, and when.

The Ecosystem

Built for how the industry actually works.

Quovy does not pitch core replacement. Tech leaders know how painful that is. We thread through the homegrown patchwork specialty teams have stitched together over years.
