Every document — regardless of format or source channel — is ingested, OCR-parsed, and stored with page-level citation anchors. In-app document viewing with citation overlay means every extracted value is traceable to the exact passage it came from. No manual filing. No format exceptions.
Documents are stored under AWS KMS encryption with RBAC-controlled access, workspace isolation, and a full audit log of every retrieval, update, and deletion. Credential rotation, API token scoping, and export controls are built in — not bolted on.
Every field extracted from a document is governed by a versioned data contract with full field provenance and source citation anchoring. GDPR right-to-erasure is supported at the field level. Retention policies, access controls, and redaction rules are enforced consistently across the entire document estate.
