Key capabilities

Model selection, tool assignment,
and persistent memory — all configurable.

Agent operating procedures

Similar to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for humans, you can easily write agent operating procedures (AOPs) that define the steps the agent will take to complete a task. This familiar interface allows you to configure the agent's behavior without needing to write code.

Task management

Agents create, route, and execute tasks. Sub-tasks are spawned automatically as work decomposes. Human escalation paths are configured as thresholds — confidence, value, document type — so the agent knows when to act and when to hand off.

Self improvement

Agents accumulate knowledge of your specific operation — exceptions, counterparty patterns, common document structures, recurring edge cases — without requiring retraining or prompt engineering after every run. This allows the agent to improve its performance over time without the need for manual intervention.

How it works

From configuration to operational agent in three steps.

1
Define the agent operating procedure

Define the steps the agent will take to complete a task. Specify the tools the agent will use to complete the task.

2
Monitor agent execution

The agent runs tasks, creates sub-tasks, and works through the assigned workflow. When a threshold is crossed, it escalates — a task surfaces for human review, the agent pauses on that item, and resumes when the review is complete. Every action is logged.

3
Accept suggested improvements

Accept or reject the suggested improvements to the agent operating procedure. This allows the agent to improve its performance over time without the need for manual intervention.

From the field
The agents handle the work. *Our team handles the judgment.* That distinction — which tasks need a human and which don't — is exactly what Agent Builder lets us configure.

The Ecosystem

Built for how the industry actually works.

Quovy does not pitch core replacement. Tech leaders know how painful that is. We thread through the homegrown patchwork specialty teams have stitched together over years.
