Product Manager
About the role
Quovy builds AI for property & casualty insurance workflows — specialized products for underwriting, submission intake, quote & bind, and claims that carriers and MGAs run in production.
The work involves training AI to replicate the decisions of experienced underwriters while helping insurers become genuinely AI-enabled organizations, deployed and improved directly alongside clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from conception through launch with clean execution.
- Gather user insights and translate them into actionable requirements and specifications.
- Build deep expertise in the insurance and AI landscapes to inform competitive positioning.
- Maintain clarity while managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency with AI agents (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
- 2–5 years in product management or software engineering.
- Experience with AI and LLMs.
- B2B / commercial-sector background.
- Strong stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
- A track record of launching zero-to-one products with commercial impact.
- Strategic, data-driven planning and the ability to navigate ambiguity toward outcomes.
- Commitment to working across functions as one team.
